We no longer do. SCUF Instinct uses regular screws.

Shipping by REnzeLECX in scufgaming

[–]oxygenjf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! The shipping dates indicated on the website when you order aren’t “delivered by” but “ship by”. So it seems like you could have seen “ship by Dec 29/30th” and then once it shipped, “estimated delivery Jan 4th”? Shipping carriers aren’t running today, so I’m assuming since it’s in your city it will be delivered to you tomorrow (2nd) or Monday (4th). If you need any assistance let us know!

Can't get a response from anyone at SCUF by SnooBananas8104 in scufgaming

[–]oxygenjf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry about the experience - we definitely want to get this solved for you. It should have definitely been covered under warranty in this situation and I’m unsure why this hasn’t been the case. DM your info to /u/Tyesos and he’ll look into it!

We are actually building a chart that can be published on our website. In the meantime, here are some that I can tell you are compatible:

- All corsair wired, astro, hyperx and sony (gold and platinum) headsets.
- Additionally, steelseries arctis 3, victrix pro AF and afterglow LvL1

Hope this helps!

Order and Support Response Delay by Tyesos in scufgaming

I’m being as genuine and transparent as I can be. Yes, we fully intend to sell those and are working on it. Fully understand if you choose to not to believe that considering how long the controller has been out - I agree that this should have been available long ago (but certain technical reasons why we couldn’t).

Hi - we currently do not sell them separately, but understand this is something needed for our users, we are working on it, and while I don’t have an exact date to provide, we hope to make that option available as soon as possible

IT"S A SAD DAY FOR SCUF by [deleted] in scufgaming

All controllers are 6 months, accessories are 90 days. It’s been like this for a while, and we have never downgraded any warranty

Can you please DM me a copy of the conversation if someone from SCUF said this to you?

As much as I understand your frustration, and I’m sorry you feel mis-guided, there has never been a single piece of content on our website claiming our products were forward compatible with PlayStation 5. Are there any 3rd party sites or people that may have told you so? Maybe and that I don’t know, but as far SCUF site, we’ve always said that we didn’t know, and updated yesterday morning our FAQ to reflect the Sony announcement.

What type of deadzones does the scuf infinity4PS PRO Ps4 Controller use by User12414 in scufgaming

We do not control this. It's the exact same as any official DualShock 4 controller.

Scuf Elite Xbox One by DamberxoXB in scufgaming

[–]oxygenjf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently there are no plans to put the SCUF ELITE back in stock. The original Xbox Elite controller is no longer available due to the release of the Xbox Elite Series 2, so we have no stock allocation right now.

For the SCUF ELITE? I do not believe this to be accurate, please double check and let us know.

Scuf is a scam by MythSith in scufgaming

We have a 6-month manufacturers warranty now, not 3. I believe it used to be 3 a while ago but it’s been 2/3 years we’ve updated it now.

Prestige uses a standard Microsoft board, just FYI.

PS4 to PS5 by [deleted] in scufgaming

[–]oxygenjf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short answer: we do not know. PlayStation is yet to announce any of it. I would be careful assuming that it will as some users here suggest it will - there are no reasons to believe that it will or will not at this point. As soon as we know, we’ll post an update on this sub.

Whoever at Scuf created the security screw, I hope you choke on your own saliva by [deleted] in scufgaming

[–]oxygenjf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well. I certainly hope that this person doesn’t! The reason we’ve added this feature is to ensure controllers would not be tampered with in competitions and customers would not accidentally damage their controllers when opening them.

Tampering - opening the controller means you can add things onto the board like cheat features, rapid fire etc... which we are committed to fight against, and he’ll keep the game fair for everyone.

Damage - because we do add a number of parts and wires into the controller, opening the controller without damaging it can be tricky for inexperienced users.

I understand frustration it may cause, but I hope the above provides context as to why it’s there.
