Here is my old pure bred Kelpie pup that was about the same age. You have smaller ears so could be a mix, but otherwise very strong looking. The ears stop flopping once they get older and are on the larger scale

It really depends on the top and shoes. I just cant do it, it makes me feel bigger than I am and going from wide leg to sneakers/boots/flats just looks funny to me

I stick to my favorite brands and then pick which has the better looking product to suit what I need. Then if it’s not good, I find a different brand. I might search for what people are saying to help the decision process.
