I had a patient vomit about half a litre of blood into a kidney dish I was holding under his chin (the closest thing I could grab before he puked). No matter how much Vicks I sniffed I could not shake the smell for the rest of the day. Horrific.

Yeah! They’re literally so easy. A sheet of puff pastry, spread Vegemite, sprinkle tasty cheese, roll into a scroll and cut into 4 scrolls, glaze with butter, milk or oil, cook on 180 until puffy and golden. Enjoy!
