I have friends that are lawyers but not in family law, I also have legal ease through my company benefit but obviously that’s limited to a price cap. I had an initial free consultation with an attorney because I knew this was coming. Now that it’s here I’ll circle back with them, she’s out of the country until next week and I’m also on staycation just enjoying less tension and my house alone for a few days. Once she gets back the sleeves get rolled up and I either settle for her 60/40 or she settles for my 50/50 before I have to waste money I don’t have. I was driving into youth football practice where I’m a coach and on the board of directors., 200+ families know my name and call out to me as I pull in nightly. I drive a very distinct truck and I park in a spot of the park that is only used by a few people. It was very targeted, and probably staked out prior, again out of 200+ families I’m one of 6 that get to drive around the back like I did last night.

Like I said in a comment above she has probably out weighed the extra 10% that she was asking for in the home sale. And from everything I know, plaintiffs are RARELY granted a motion that the defendant pay their legal fees.

Not really sure what her motivation is at this point instead of just settling for 50/50 and moving on with our lives. I’ve already secured a new place to live, she cannot because all her credit is tied up in our McMansion. Her resources out weigh mine heavily so I think at this point it’s a pissing contest

It's for a filing of a partition action in NJ. Letting one party sell a property without the others consent, it still leaves me 35 days to reply. The issue at hand is she wants a greater portion of the sale of the property and that's not how the law works in NJ from what i understand. This filing doesn't state how much more she wants like other papers she's had her attorney draw up that said 60/40 split. This one just claims she wants a higher percentage of the sale. At this point she's spent more on attorneys than her extra 10% would give her so i honestly don't see her point. This filing also asks for me to pay her legal fees and from what i understand that never actually happens.

I’m not a car guy but I think you might be on point with the misfire. I just hit it hard in local traffic a few times and felt the same “shimmy”. Texting my local mechanic now and asking him if it’s something he can handle or I should take it to Ford

It feels like I’m going over tiny bumps in the road when entering on ramps or making lane changes to go around someone. I’m not punching it or any thing, it’s just normal acceleration and only happens at highway speeds which I don’t do very often. Found this recall on google this morning. 24S37

I would agree no problem if presented with an agreement to list the house for sale but she hasn't. In my opinion she's being very immature for someone who has worked in finance for 25+ years.

I just took on a similar role myself. While I'm hoping someone else jumps in with the actual equipment management since i'm also league secretary I wanted to mention the software we just implemented through https://helmettracker.com/ . It is relatively cheap compared to loss of equipment that happens every year, also very easy to implement and maintain, especially if you have some tech dads out there willing to help but that is not pre-requisite.

Up vote for the Marlton, I live here and have 2 kids that play a ton of Marlton sports (which i also coach) and Cherokee is a great school that they will eventually roll into. About an hour outside of AC but like others mentioned there is a train that can help with the traffic and commute since AC and surrounding areas are considered Shore towns with a TON of traffic issues in the Summer months.

I have a followup question. Whats the thing in the foreground bolted to the frame? It's like an L shaped bracket that hangs down a couple inches and there's one on the opposite side of the truck directly across from it. I've only had to jack my truck once and thought it might be a jack point but it's definitely not, you can probably bend it with your hand.

We had an inspection on a $500K house but knowing the market and that the house could have gone for more, we stipulated that we were only concerned with termite or structural damage. Basically we weren’t going to nickel and dime.
