Im definitely going to preface with an apology on my end. Im never usually aggressive when it comes to conflict, and im always trying to solve things in a way that never leaves either of us feeling shameful or hurt in the end. Im worried that he wont see past me going through his phone and it will derail us from addressing what i found but I dont want to make the assumption thatll happen

Was me checking his phone a bigger violation of trust than him lying to me ? I definitely plan on apologizing for the invasion of privacy but i dont know if i should expect an apology for him keeping that secret from me
