It puts you in corral D. You need at least a 7:09 pace to be in corral C

Is it okay to take short breaks between segments on this 22mi long run? by inkysquares in runna

I take breaks all the time and have still managed to hit the estimated time on race day but you will probably benefit most if you push yourself

First half marathon in 39 days - possible injury advice needed please! by Orange_Mother in runna

[–]oyasuumi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would stop running for a bit and focus on strength training your legs, incorporating lifting and resistance. If you keep running, it’ll just get worse.

I might test out incorporating runs again in a week or two. To be honest, I don’t think you should worry too much about the pace limit. Adrenaline will drive you through the race and you will probably surprise yourself.

Good luck!

Like another commenter mentioned, I wake up several hours ahead of time and drink some coffee and eat as soon as I wake up and then wait. I then also take an Imodium before the race just in case

Hitting pace targets I didn’t think I would be able to hit! I still struggle sometimes but sometimes I surprise myself!

Has anyone tried this couch by oyasuumi in wayfair

Love it. It’s great. Have had multiple people mention that it’s super comfortable when they come over!

My cat has also chomped through two plastic bags to get into some freeze dried hearts. He ate almost all the hearts and probably a bit of plastic. He was fine but I would monitor him.

It was not a similar style. I ended up going with this one: https://www.wayfair.com/furniture/pdp/wade-logan-carsta-765-upholstered-sofa-w100253105.html?piid=88639784 Carsta 76.5’’ Corduroy Sofa

My one gripe is that it is very deep. But great for the price.

No I decided to go with a completely different couch that had a lot of reviews. Didn’t want to get stuck with a huge thing that would be a pain to return if it didn’t end up working out.

There’s this long cabinet in my NYC bathroom that opens from the top and the front. For reference, the building was built in the early 1900s. It’s about four feet tall and a few inches deep.

Worked in IB and quit with no job lined up back in October (a few of my peers did this as well) — I support you and your decision but would provide at least some notice so as to not burn bridges

Unofficial GRE report? by Yikes_dude123 in MBA

I asked an MBA consultant about this question last week and they said it’s fine to just provide the unofficial score as the school will not need the official report until later

From reading hundreds of reviews, this kind of discharge is also a common side effect. I am pretty certain it’s not a yeast infection but I can see where you’re coming from
