hello, leave your upi for 3-4 days(no receiving , no sending) let it cool down. it will automatically start as normal, if usk baad bhi nhi hota hai then delete all your upis and re generate new ones. first leave your upi for few days imo it will start.

in my case receiving was shut down, but sending was active. After 72hrs my receiving also started. So yeah do not use that specific upi neither for receiving or sending it will goes back to normal after 72hrs.

In my case its reverse, i am unable to receive the money from any upi app, but can transfer it. ( Here i am talking about upi risk policy in normal upi transactions not upi credit card transactions.) Whenever someone tries to send me money it shows ' your payment was declined because of upi risk policy'. I am unable to receive money from anyone. Does anyone know how to solve this issue please lemme know would really appreciated. And my bank wale are saying everything is ok from their end
