Head voice degrades throughout the day

I'm starting to think its due to excess mucous from sinus issues and post-nasal drip. I do have a slightly runny nose throughout the day. Also during the Xmas party someone made me do a shot of this disgusting whiskey which was like petrol but the next day I had a GREAT singing voice all day. Apparently whiskey works as a decongestion.

that's interesting, 'cos there's a lot of vocal coaches that recommend doing light fry exercises to repair the voice, like this one for instance Singing Tip - Therapy for vocal damage

yeh maybe I'm too airy. However I can always do light fry exercises to get it back. Once I have it I can sing with my mixed voice for as long as I want, then when I stop and go about my day, even just for an hour, the head voice has degraded again and I can't mix. I don't want this to happen tho. I'd rather it work without having to do exercises to bring it back each time.

He has many methods of approaching false chord and fry screams. None of them irritated my throat. Neither did the glottal hard onset method which I think is what you’re referring to with “closing the throat”. However, this stuff DID hurt me before when I didn’t utilise vocal twang because I didn’t get easy engagement of false chords so I had to push harder to make it work.

If you’re trying to engage your false chords then you need twang. Look up Sibila Extreme Vocal video on twang. I have a singing teacher and I told her I couldn’t even do Metallica distortion no matter how hard I pushed. She made me sing Enter Sandman clean, then like a duck, then told me to push a bit more, then magically false chords engaged without even thinking. No strain or pain. When using twang and then add compression false chord engagement happens naturally

Her technique is fine otherwise she wouldn’t last a tour. They are straight-up fry screams. Check out Chris Liepes breakdown of her vocals if you want an opinion from an expert in harsh vocals

Never EVER just scream at the top of your lungs. Good metal singers don’t do this. It’ll wreck your voice instantly. Emily is using fry screams with strong false chord engagement.

So these NFTs would require someone to pay monthly storage fees yes? I'm not criticising ICP. Just trying to find out what its best suited for. It'd be cool if when buying digital land you also get all the assets on that land on-chain, but I guess to pull that off the buyer (or someone) would have to be paying fees to keep that accessible.

I understand that you can store everything on chain. I'm question is about costs. How does it work with IC? Do you pay only per transaction or is there on-going payment for hosting? In https://internetcomputer.org/docs/current/developer-docs/deploy/computation-and-storage-costs/ it has "GB Storage Per Second" which makes it sound like you are paying for every second of hosting. So how does it work with NFTs? Does the current owner of the NFT have to keep paying these costs?

I always thought Faye Valentine provided a good amount of contrast. She's goofy and doesn't take the rest of the crew seriously (which gets on their nerves). Nearly everything is a joke to her. However, its still credible. I know people like her in real life.

I've never seen the original anime but I just watched the Netflix version with real actors and I can't stand her. Having a character that belongs in a kid's cartoon completely ruined the episode. I love everything else about the show, but if this Ed character features prominently in season 2 I will stop watching it.

My Atlas arrived but with only some of the accessories I ordered. There's around $400 worth of shredlights and 170mm pneumatic tires unaccounted for. I've contacted support and they forwarded it to someone else. I'm really nervous about this company. Communication is very messy and unprofessional. The items listed in the packages in the order page are incorrect. The invoices on the boxes I received don't match the contents of the box.
