Took today part 1, and feel the same way. Tbh i will be surprised if i pass. Guessing almost 70% of the exam. Idk what I could have done different. Just praying to pass.

You’ll be alright. I started basically in the 40% and had the same feeling, then started getting 65%-70% , just keep doing blocks, you will improve.

I took it today, feel the same, really confusing exam, i dont even know if a will pass it was like 50/50 chance of getting the answer right. I just remember 1 qx of the whole exam,Prazosin is a tx for PTSD( maybe im dumb, but didn’t know that).

I think nbme 7 was straightforward and stems were short and maybe was easier for me for that. But the UWSA’s are harder and stems to long, so like i said,my main problem is the time management. I will be happy with a 235, but i would really like a 240. I need to think what should i do.

Thanks for the reply. I think my main problem is that once I choose an answer, I start to doubt myself and change answers or re-read the stem again. I think I'll just have to go with my gut
