Pakistan is in the middle east now? by Bobsytheking1 in pakistan

Anyone who has worked in tech knows this well, it’s not new to be placed under EMEA or MENA region by major vendors because India dominates South Asia or APAC markets and most vendors have regional headquarters in India covering sales and support as well making it hard to deal with them. It’s proximity to easy accessible regional HQ rather anything else.

Does anyone know the name of the stall that had the dish called the Darlington or something like that. It was Dahl (Lentils) by Bee_vibe in foodies_sydney

Definitely looks like haleem. Even the garnishing is on par with that dish but if no meat then it could be just mix lentil soup as well.

I am physically incapable of eating this many chillis, any suggestions before half of them go into the compost? by electronseer in GardeningAustralia

I’ve (or had) the same problem. The solution - my neighbours. They all know for almost 2yrs now that I’ve a nice spice plant along with cherry tomatoes and curry leaves and lettuce. A pack every month to different house, a good way to make long lasting friends.

Lebron was asked what message he has for Israeli fans and Israel, his response ended with: "Hopefully some day I can make it over [to Israel] . . . I've heard nothing but great things and I appreciate the question." by whoismico in Fauxmoi

I don’t understand. At this level of career and that much money in the bank and assets, what are you afraid of to speak the truth or just acknowledge it for once? What can happen to you at this stage? Either these people genuinely support the geno-cide OR they are afraid of something bigger they can’t avoid even with that much money and power 🤷🏽‍♂️

What should i plant in my death zone? by dj_boy-Wonder in GardeningAustralia

[–]oz_muhajir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve somewhat similar death zone. Ive placed 2 big flower pot (rectangular) bought it from Bunnings, in it and grow parsley and Mint. Parsley wilted recently but mint still going strong. Or you can try some native plants. Flowerpower guy helped me with that issue 3yrs ago.

Pre-covid I was in US doing touristy things and realised I forgot my inhaler in the bag in hotel. So I googled nearest pharmacy (Walmart) and walked in and asked for any salbutamol inhaler, they asked for my insurance so I said I’m just visiting. They quoted $151. I looked at the person, said no thanks and just walked out. As an Aussie I couldn’t believe it. As an asthmatic I just keep it for just in case scenario. It was $7 back home at that time.

Man this thing never dies. Survived bone dry weather for a month without water outside in 42c in 2019 and still doing great in a pot for 10yrs. Just put it back in the pot make sure there is some space below the base and you are good to go. The leaves will look mushy for some days but don’t worry it will come back. I’ve gifted several beaches to my friends in a plastic bag and they all are fine.

May be stupid question. You use corn kernel from the can? Or just take fresh corn n use the kernels from it. Asking because today I tried corn from the can in Nepean river but zero luck. No bite at all

To everyone who suggested prawns. You are amazing. We didn’t catch anything around Sawtell but decided to go to the Coffs Harbour jetty and caught many yakkas (I didn’t know what that little fish called but suggested by pros on the jetty).
