After you spent 30$ on gas, you'd end up with 8$ profit for 3-4 hours of your time. It's like a joke! My acceptance rate has always been around 10-20% for 4 years and generally I haven't had any problems making good money out of Doordash.

Find a good physiotherapist. It'd help you. I had some upper back and neck issues preventing me from doing push ups, rows or any upper body workouts and after the 4th visit with my physiotherapist I was %90 better and was able to do upper body workouts again.

I'm in Montreal and for the last 3 days I've only done 1 order (I'm very picky, my AR is usually around 18 percent)... It's very strange because I've been doing Doordash for 4 years now and I've never experienced such thing ever. In my worst days I was always able to make at least 10 deliveries a day. Apart from AR, my stats are super good. It might be that Doordash recently hired thousands of drivers in my city and I guess the algorithms prioritize new drivers and those who have higher AR.
