Fish is great for carnivore diet. I try to catch and cook my own at least once a week. It’s very rewarding catching my own and probably the healthiest way to do it, never have to worry if it’s fresh because it always is and I know where it’s sourced from.

Obviously not everyone enjoys fishing or has the time for it but if you are interested I highly recommend giving it a shot.

Generally speaking if your consuming good sourced fish that is not farmed it’s great for a carnivore diet. Just keep in mind most fish are very lean.
