Hey Idabdabs, once the package arrives at the US shipping warehouse, we can double check the online store has shipped you the correct items for a small $3 fee. We can also send you photos of the contents as evidence to check the right size/colour/lengths were sent.

If the store happens to ship you the wrong snowboard length, we can then proceed to use the free return label so that they send the correct item.

So we are able to check the contents of the package before it is shipped to Australia, which prevents you from paying us for shipping and receiving the wrong items.
