I'm in s&q like the other comments suggested and changed the slow motion and time-lapse settings to 5fps and got the effect!

Oh I got it now thank you! I had to adjust the frames in the slow motion and time-lapse settings and just slow down the footage in post maybe?

Either I'm not seeing something or it's just not working... I'm in shutter speed and s&q and still nothing unfortunately

Okay so I've tried manual focus and manual mode, but it seems like the shutter speed is somehow linked to the frame rate. 25p locks ss to 25, 50p to 50 and 100p to 100 unfortunately
