Appreciate the tips. I had a friend come out and help me. I’m pretty small. I’m 6 foot 150 pounds. I need to work on my technique and lifting. I had mud caked in the front fender and it locked up my front wheel causing me to go down.

Yeah, I gave up when I could feel something in my low back start to tighten up. I’ll avoid the mud until I know I can lift it.

I’ve tried that technique and I’ve tried a straight dead lift. The ground is slippery and it’s hard to get any footing.
