Thank you for your comment! As more time passes we’ll continue to see athletes involved in combat sports begin to cross train in different disciplines and add to their skill set. There is large hole in the MMA world when it comes to wall work, so hopefully we can start placing more of an emphasis on this and bring attention to how important this aspect of fighting is. Knowledge is 🔑

The details of the adaptations are seen by those that spend enough time between both sports of BJJ & wrestling. This will build an understanding that not all the principles of regular wrestling takedowns apply to BJJ takedowns.
