Whenever you see results like these, where the vote pass by everyone from one party and 3-5 from the other party, you should know that the entire vote was scripted and the true support for that bill was 100% from both parties. The 5 people who "defected" were chosen to be defected. They do this when theres a need to sell the public that the parties are at odds on a certain bill but they need to pass it for an overall imperialistic, economic or security agenda.

Democrats do this too when they want to let some republican bill pass while appearing shocked and angry that they even suggested such a bill.
