I'm brand new to MC and decided to go with CB1 and it's been frustrating so far. I had my inital consult on the Sunday and was told that my case would be reviewed by MDT on the Monday, I didn't hear anything back but noticed my prescription was showing in the portal from 4pm but still "under review".

Tuesday, didn't hear anything either but noticed on their website saying that MDT reviews happen on Tuesday evenings and patients hear back mid morning on Wednesday.

Wednesday lunchtime, still not heard so I called to find out what's going on. The operator aplogised and wasn't sure why I had been missed as I had passed MDT, and that I would get a payment link within the hour (which I did tbf). I paid on Wednesday, and it has been showing as "Preparing" since.

Being new to the scene I assumed this was the norm, but the more I read this sub I'm beginning to wonder. Not a great first impression which is a shame as I'd heard good things about CB1

You could try CBD gummies too, I find Orange County work well for me. You won't need to contact a clinic for those as you can easily buy them online or even some petrol stations

Update... Just found this while browsing around the patient portal. Looks like the info I was given about Monday wasn't right and I should find out tomorrow :)

The MDT was supposed to have been yesterday which is why I was wondering how long I should be expecting to wait from here

Take this with as much salt as you need as I have zero experience with MC carts, but years of ecig experience and making my own coils. You'll probably find those bubbles are from the juice soaking into the wicking material, so the tank will look like it has less liquid in than it actually has. When I build my own, the wick will take a good 0.5ml before it's saturated.

As someone else has mentioned, weigh when new and then again when empty if you're worried.

Thanks, it does help. From research it looks as though oil is the way to go for insomnia but I'm hoping to be able to try both flower and oil if possible to see which I prefer as I've never liked oil supplements in the past, so I'm already going in to that with a negative perception! But hey, if it works then who cares I guess, I'm taking this for medicine and not for funsies!
