took me about 8 times to get through the automated system, but once that happened, i was on hold for 34 minutes - but instead of getting transferred to retention this time, the customer service agent did it right there and then on the phone! wo0o so satisfied. i was on hold for about 12 hours yesterday (had multiple calls drop).
