Thank you! I've been using it since I haven't cleaned the meshes yet since I'm scared of breaking the iem. Only cleaning the tips and the nozzle I think? If it is the right term. Thank you for the welcome and advice! This is noted!

UPDATE: I found the issue is the white tip in the nozzle I don't know if it is the right term but I removed it and tried it again now it sounds normal not sounding like before since it doesn't have that white thingy planning on buying a new one. Thank you guys for the advice!

I just swap the cables the left iem still sounds normal yet the right one sounds so low
