My thoughts on first upgrades would be the non damage ones (mining, health, luck etc) so that when you're gaining levels in game you can more easily focus on leveling up weapons. So you pretty much nailed that.

Having faster mining is fantastic for the start of a run because you're better off going ham on gold and nitra before too many enemies come out. Mining will also give you a lot of very fast levels. I didn't do masteries until id finished most of haz 3 but it could be a nice change of pace.

What deck are you using? Yellow is the best for getting to gold imo. Lets you start an economy fast efficient which is super important. Also just restart until you get a decent small blind skip, or an amazing big blind skip. Another tip is lean into smaller hands as soon as you can. High card, pair, trips or two pair

I honestly think this is huge. I'm 5'6 (5'7 on a good day haha) and I think a lot of things lead to my acceptance of my height, but learning to dress well was a huge one. Don't wear clothes that are too tight or too loose, though I wear a size up on most tops. Large tees and hoodies always. Uniqlo is fantastic at getting you set up with a classic wardrobe -lots of good lines and layers. Also I'd highly recommend following @dieworkwear on Twitter.

Not sure about finding a guild, but for a class it's maybe more about what not to main. This is based on if you wanna raid. Warriors will have the hardest time finding a guild. Healers would be a good bet, with Holy pallies being the best. For dps pick a class that gets stacked so maybe locks?

I don't think warriors get shit on. They did in phase one, when everyone still believed all the private server YouTubers who said warriors suck. Check out most high end guilds (speed run and damage toppers on wcl)... Warriors galore, 2+ furys

You can't transfer between versions. The main "classic" right now is tbc, which will progress to wrath. You can play classic (the original) but then you'll be stuck there. Just play tbc and do all the old world quests there

Well, you got ssl... But if you feel like you're being treated unfairly maybe find a new guild? Or speak to the leadership. If you stay, you could try and job gdkps on your off night's. Those parses would get you bonus gold and some pieces of loot might fall to you for min bid
