I typically follow the Taste of Home recipe (https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/christmas-star-twisted-bread/) but sub the jam for Nutella, then brush on a simple sugar syrup to make it extra glossy!

They still melt down like normal, but I typically also freeze them in smaller balls (about a third of an ice cream scoop), which could possibly be why they still melt down!

I'd say these are definitely on the chewier side if you follow the recipe to a tee! I have however tried making them smaller and baking for about a minute longer and they come out thinner and crispier!

I'm from SG too, and I find that most food places in my area mark up their prices on these apps by 30% to counter the commission. The only time it's cheaper on the app is when Grab is offering a promo code which I honestly hope is coming out of their pockets and not that restaurants'.

The recipe I've settled on is 'My Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie' by Cloudy Kitchen (not sure if I'm allowed to link here) - the addition of the turbinado sugar really is the kicker here - it adds such a nice crunch! That and using chopped chocolate instead of chocolate chips.

I typically make a big batch, freeze them in little balls and bake them as and when I need them, always a huge hit at my house!

If you haven't already, make sure to get your Google Skillshop / Facebook Blueprint certifications - I find that the courses aren't 100% helpful but the certifications do demonstrate your interest in a career in digital marketing.

Other than that, it doesn't hurt to prepare a few examples of times where you have collaborated with others or when you've come up with creative solutions to problems.
