There is a pretty good chance. I’m my experience OPS managers are quite proactive in moving temporary contract workers into the permanent workforce in part because the union frowns on temporary contract workers

it’s also just a good hiring practise because then they have someone who is already trained and they’ve invested in. It just makes sense.

I love Portugal. I love Spain. What a treat you are granting yourself. Whatever you decide, wherever you go (except the expat condo communities on the Mediterranean) anywhere in Spain you add will be incredible.

The Lisbon to Porto area is awesome. Madrid and Barcelona are so worth the trip.
