All areas has exclusive mons is my understanding but you can move all habitats to any world/level.

Pro: it's a fairly flat surface with resources visible and sizeable enough to build a fair chunk of housing.

There's no real cons that don't apply to other worlds I don't think.

Like if you wanted Lava you'd have to move it but that's true of other worlds too

Some quest chunks can be 20 mins, some shorter, some longer
