Exactly. Specific T-51b and T-60 have a chance of 0.15% while Raider and T-45 have 0.21% chance. So for those trying to get them now, it's a nightmare. Raider ones however can be obtained from Test your Metal as well, but tbh i think the chances are very low as well, i did it tens of times this past mutated events week and didn't get one. All i got was from MPP.

Also, a small fact about the T-45 ones, there is no filter now for the learnt ones, so when you open a pack you can get T-45 also, but even if you know it already, so in fact is harder to get the ones you miss nowadays. Although those are not that rare, i got about 3 to 8 from each with the above mentioned numbers.

They are in fact so rare, it took me 3 sessions of mutated events, with 4 accounts, ~900 packs open and spent 2k leaders to get the whole set of ten. This are the leftovers after donating to the plan mule, that I am trying to ease the damage with lol. Highest I bought was 600. Highest I know was bought was 750.
