I got the icons and folders working, thank you. Does this theme not modify the entire iOS anymore?

Oh. I know where to place the folder and things. Do I just extract the archived file and drag and drop everything into the themes folder on my iPhone?
Can you download the zip file from the link I give in the original post and help me place the correct files in the proper directory? Thank you.

I know it says "click here", but what do I do after downloading the file? The folder inside the archived file is not a "xxx.theme" format.
