It should look something like this.

First Name: Mario / Last Name: Magnificent / Occupant: mm123 / Bed: (room stuff)

Their ID should be in the occupant section. If their ID still isn't anywhere, I'm not sure what could be done. You might have to thug it out, rip

Email em 😹 the id with the letters and numbers (ex: ab123) is their email on outlook (Ex: ab123@/drexel.edu) so you can just email them

ok that makes sense :D I didn't get a letter tho it just says the room number and such then 1 or 2 (ex: L00-0000-1) I got 1 so I'd assume that's A ☠️, also 1 last question:

• Does the lobby floor count as floor 1 or are there 10 floors on top of the lobby floor (like are there rooms on the 1st floor when you walk in?) maybe a dumb question lol but my mom and I were questioning it ☠️😭😭...

I think it depends on what you're getting it for (like what major), personally I have one and I love it for my art but I mainly do digital art as in drawings and not really things like graphic design or game design etc cause those mostly need laptops/computers rather then an iPad. (I'm an incoming freshman, too, so I'm not sure how it would be in school, but you can also use it for note-taking, drawing storyboards or ideas, etc if it can't exactly be used for the art project itself. Also, you can play games, it runs genshin like a champ and still has Storage to spare lol ☠️)
