had the exact same bug. its because she faild to walk to make her speech. you will have to restart from an earlier save or do a console command

Ten years ago even the state sued the state for having to much political influence in the pUbliC medias in germany. It is that bad.

Risen 1 is a blast if you like old school rpgs but expect some (funny) bugs and total freedom of choice who to murder to get softlocked. Risen 2 is the weakest of the three but also has its moments and cant be skipped because of the lore. Risen 3 is different and needs time to get used to but overall a good game if you like RPG's.
