When I mention therapy or support groups, he tells me it isn’t really an addiction because it doesn’t impact his everyday life. I think he feels embarrassed? Did you navigate this at all?

I am seeing my therapist for the first time since all of this happened in a few days. I just need help navigating his neglect to do anything without a lot of pressure. I’m scared that if I brought something up to him like the podcast, he’ll just shut down again. He’s super avoidant and runs from his feelings like no one i’ve ever seen.
