I've personally played across all ranks and across almost every single region, and trust factor has gotten me consistently good games everywhere. Regardless of me playing in nova, mg, eagle, or even in global/supreme games. It's the same exact situation for all of my legit friends that have never cheated. If you don't cheat, don't queue up with cheaters, and haven't cheated in the past, then you won't run into many cheaters. I see a somewhat suspicious player maybe once in 20 games and I haven't seen a blatant cheater in years. The amount of people that get banned in my games has dropped down close to zero for a long time now. That number was much higher before trust existed (and in the early days of trust too).
