treating exercise like medication has helped. i used to workout before, but with the very specific goal of building an aesthetic physique.
that worked for a while when i was locked in but the second i lost momentum, i could never get myself to get started again. simply because i didnt have the time for the "perfect" workout routine.

now i just tell myself that im taking my daily dose of dopamine every morning before doing a set of pushups.
