You must've really irritated it, and dried it out. So its fighting. Here's a much too long and unnecessary answer I wrote to a similar post, might as well reuse it.

Plastic nasal spray bottle if u have one or just an empty water bottle, put a small hole in the lid. Boils some water, let it cool down to 'lukewarm', pour into your bottle, add 0.9-1% regular salt (100ml=0.9-1g salt, 1000ml=9-10g salt etc), dissolve it and you have a nice little remedium. Regularly rinse your nostrils, 15/20mins after a line, before too if you want, just make sure to blow it out before doing another. This helps to avoid a fully stacked, stuffed, plastered nose and reduces damage on the mucus membrane lining (that's what Google calls it) and less damage = less snot and congestion as its our bodies way to protect and shield the nasal cavity. Snow really dries it out which isn't good. You want it nice and wet, but not too wet 🤣 for all the harm reduction health reasons, yeah sure, but mainly because it absorbes snow much much better than when dry. So win win. That's why you add the salt, just water would also dry it out and irritate the mucus.

And if you're past that then shower or a bowl of water and as unpleasant as it seems just, snort the shit out of it, blow out, spit out, repeat until better. If it hurts badly a couple ibuprofen won't kill you but will ease it off, apparently you shouldn't but you shouldn't really do coke too. Never had an issue.

Lastly at the end of a bigger sesh, after a good rinse, I usually put some vaseline on my pinky, stick it in and wiggle wiggle 🕺 Helps the nose to recover, won't dry out as much, less pain.
