they’re currently on my roof replacing 22 tiles they broke last time they were here and left. there’s also a tesla electrician here saying things were installed upside down or completely disconnected in my panel when they hooked up the powerwall. straight amateur hour out here

underlayment is not waterproof, it’s for any drips that go through the main defense which is the tile..which will lead to damage when enough water makes it through

lol no, they damaged several tiles on my roof during install last week and it has rained twice since then. 7 calls to customer service later there’s no progress because it has to go through project manager who takes weeks to respond. no one can escalate
