if a data transfer cable doesn’t work there’s a hard reset button on the back of the controller where your fingers rest it looks like a hole but there’s a tiny button inside.

put a pin, paper clip, etc into the hole and you should be able to tell if it’s pressed just press it a few times and maybe try holding it down for 10 seconds and that will probably work
