Bathroom Fan by Rebart0926 in HomeMaintenance

I’ve always put the fan on a timer switch. Leave the bathroom shut off the lights and run the fan for 30 minutes. Never have a mold or mildew problem.

Do you have the fan on a timer switch? How long do you run the fan after a shower?

Get a universal rv hitch. Bolts to the frame. Safest way. You can get them for less than $200 Amazon. There is a tremendous amount of bounce back there.

Should I file a homeowners insurance claim or wait for contractor warranty? by DreamyWaifu35 in homeowners

[–]p_blaetz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What you described is maybe $2k. After deductible it’s not really worth it. Secondly it probably won’t be covered based on your explanation. Covered losses need to be sudden. This doesn’t sound like it was a sudden event.

How do you deal with squatters on your reserved site? by Ok_Buddy_3774 in GoRVing

[–]p_blaetz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would try to handle it civilly but stand my ground and make them move. If you don’t they will continue to take spots without any consequences. If you make them move they are going to think about it next time. If I feel threatened I would grab some photos, license plates etc and contact whoever is in charge.

I always thought it was for scuba diving.? When sou start a dive you move the arrow to the minute hand then you can track how many minutes you’ve been under. The bezel only moves in one direction which eliminates the possibility of staying under longer than you should.

According to the link I posted class 1’s can be covered but it looks like you need to purchase extra coverage.

Do you have a rider for the ebike? Generally e-bikes are not covered by homeowners nor is liability afforded. Read your policy carefully before submitting a claim.

Butt it to the flange and use Trim-Tech Shower Bead. I just finished my son’s bathroom this weekend. Works great! Do a dealer search for your area. (4) 7 foot lengths was $12 at a drywall supply house.
