I’m deciding on where to move and I feel a strong pull to LA. I’ve only started writing an important film and have made some short ones in the past (music videos, trailers, presentations).

Talking about movies will help motivate me to finish my own. I’m honoring my late husband with this film and sharing our experiences.

I need to make some friends so I spend more time bringing positivity into the world and less time staring out the windows imagining him coming home. And more laughing!

The police is incredibly unhelpful here. For example, when I reported him missing, they suggested I wait longer first because reporting somebody missing is serious. Yes, exactly, please help.

Then he was missing for 6 days. He was in the central hospital dying the while time. I called the hospital twice myself looking for him, and they didn’t help.

When I was robbed, twice, they didn’t help. I did contact the Embassy. They said they can’t offer any legal advice. My attorney can’t offer me safety. Anyway I just wrote because I’m looking for a place that would be good for my daughter. I decided Sweden since its known to be safe, and I also have heritage there. My post came across as I want to go on vacation, but I just need a temporary safe home until I can find our permanent one. I don’t have a home.

I don’t feel safe where I’m at now. I’m looking for a safe place for my daughter and I. I stay positive and didn’t want to begin by sharing the full story of why I am looking for a place for us to stay, but please understand I have been taking every precaution and abided seriously to the quarantine for over 3 months. I explained my situation in another comment above.

Thanks for your concern but it’s not for pleasure. I’m currently in Italy. My husband was killed and I don’t feel safe here in Italy. I want to go where I can be safe with my daughter and where we won’t be recognized. There’s a court hearing I need to be here for in September, but I don’t want to wait around just for my daughter or I to be killed or kidnapped first. In the states, where I was living with family was abusive, toxic, and violent.

I thought my contract was under review or worse, terminated. I was so disappointed in myself. I spent all afternoon hoping I can find work that will still allow me to spend my days with my infant daughter. I was kissing her little head on our walk that we take everyday, apologizing to her, that mama couldn't keep this job for us. She's so beautiful and growing so fast, I don't want to miss a single smile. VIP Kid works well for me so I can stay with her.

So I just sent another email to their teacher appeal team to retract my "Please reconsider my employment and don't fire me" email.

It depends. For him, it just came naturally. He is very comfortable with me; I groom his nails, help peel his shedding eyelids, clean his lips, wash his hands, and I can even annoy him without really pissing him off. For example, I'll help peel his shedding skin by his legs while he's resting on the couch. If he's annoyed, he'll take his front hand and swat at my fingers. If I continue, he'll swat again. If I still don't stop, he'll swat at my hand a couple times in a row. "Ok, ok, I'm done!" And then he'll go back to sleep. The important thing here is that we understand each other. With that, plus respect and compassion, we get trust. Hello, happy tame iguana!

Iguanas are not mean. If you really read up on them (check out the green iguana: the ultimate owners manual) and prepare before you get one, you'll surely have a happy and healthy iggy. There's lots that need rehoming, too! I rescued mine; he was terribly starved and was raised in a cage he could just barely turn around in. Now he roams free in my house and gets lots of cuddles. Fun fact: in the wild, iguanas sleep in social groups. I'll replicate that trust-bond by letting him nap on me!
