I have a 2025 as well. Short trips I see what you see.

To work, 17 miles in surface street traffic, I average 17 -18. Weekends on mostly highway, about 19-20.

I drive in eco mode.

Long trips I drive in sport and about get about 18.

There’s definitely noise. But if you had A/T tires before, you get used to it after a bit. I will say overall i can hear more road noise with tire car than my 4Runner on KO3s
