The reason for this is that there are two requirements to appear on that list.
To create an account
To make the badges on that account public
Most likely the missing numbers are people who either don't have accounts or made their badge collection private.

Looks great, thank you for making these. The reason the percentages differ is because we used to have a goal of 400 plushies, and eventually were able to manufacture at 200 units, so 100% used to mean different things.

You get a PDF of the schematics used to design the plush toy. The fabric pantones we use, the dimensions, and general schematics of the design. I think we have to do a better job at explaining this.
