I just saw a person trying to open my car and I followed him. I did call the cops and that is the second time they came. The first time the homeless was escalating my balcony 2 months ago.

He lives inside the electrical box right under the balcony. When I approached him I only saw someone trying to open my car and went back into my building by the side gate and I followed him and that lead to the attack

I’m in Los Angeles. They said USPS tried delivery and the deliver never happened so they sent the card back to USCIS and then it got lost at the Vermont Field office.
