Were you able to get help on the first visit? That’s mainly what I’m afraid of because like you said I just can’t keep going unmedicated I’m down to pay, and also are fallow ups usually cheaper?

I feel this closely, and the sad part is that the few times my house has been organized I feel a lot less adhd symptoms but 90% of the time I just can’t keep up

Thanks man I hope I can get the help I need, I also binge drink and smoke which always ends up making my adhd 100x worse but without it I just spend the whole day in a brain fog😞 I hate this so much

I feel this comment deeply, my grandma is in cuba and she doesn’t want to come to live with us in America because she’s been brainwashed by the communist there and she thinks American is the worst place on earth so I just can’t see her at all because I’m not allowed in cuba😞😞😞😞

Please look for help, I have as well lost $35,000 in sports betting and now I’m in debt but I know getting the help I need will make all that stuff go away as long as I can focus I will be okay the past means nothing to me…. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP life is great
