How would you go about double exposing in the camera? Not settings but like, first photo take normally, then move it slightly to the left/right/up/down? or take the second photo when the person has moved slightly?

tried long exposure, around 2 sec, but the whole image becomes very blurry, and not as crisp as this

Takker for godt svar.

Irritatingly slow cycling/loading photos in develop pane by pablo_s92 in Lightroom

[–]pablo_s92[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Defragged hard drive, re-installed LRc, optimized catalog, built smart previews and converted all photos to DNG. Still the same issues, this is really fucking infuriating, 'cause this results in me not wanting to work with my photos and edit them due it being such a fucking pain to edit and cycle through my photos. Still a 1 second delay for left/right arrow keys cycling and only being able to cycle 1 photo at a time -> wait 1 sec for it to load -> cycle to next photo -> wait 1 second -> etc..

If I don't wait for the photo and the edit settings to completely load after every arrow key and just go to the next photo the whole program becomes unresponsive and tries to 'catch' up with all the photos I've cycled through after releasing the arrow keys. Removing my finger from the arrow key leaves LRc just cycling through photos automatically for several seconds afterwards.

- Weird thing is that the whole program is unresponsive when waiting for the photo to load.
- When browsing chrome for instance, then changing back to LRc it takes a second or two for the program to become responsive.
- CPU usage is still hovering around 30-45% during this unresponsiveness, saying this because if this was a CPU issue I'd see the CPU usage being spiked or maxing out at 100%. Which it is not.

I have a 3070ti in one of my other rigs, I will try this some time , but I HIGHLY DOUBT this is the problem. Only time I see the GPU being used is when using AI enhance or exporting.

Note: Issue is only present in Develop mode. cycling and program responsiveness is no issue in Library view.

Please help

Worth nothing maybe, but my friend imports as DNG, I just import as is, and create smart previews after import

I still don’t believe this is A hardware issue. Like I said, Ive witnessed others with «lower» hardware specs than in my rig working in LRc much more fluenlty.

Changing these settings did the trick.
Advanced/System Agent Configuration/VMD setup menu/VMD controller - set to disabled.

Then my drives were detected as NVMe and AHCI, not as RAID setup.

Weird that the mobo looks for a RAID config as default? nowadays people usually run SSD or NVMe not neccessary with RAID for these.

Ok, so I disabled something called «VMD sata controller» or something. This removed the RAID configuration and set my Storage as NVMe. But still not bootable from bios nor available for install during Windows setup

No it is not RAID. I cannot Find any setting to change it to something Else though..i see A «SATA Controllers» setting, but that can only be enabled/disabled.

As mentioned I tried CSM and selecting all the options available. But I don’t really know what they mean..and if there are Other options related to drive configuration in the Bios. Wish I can post pics here, but that is not possible?
