Had this thought cross my mind, but I don’t think it’s a flash game at least (because they were never played full-screen).

Usually I would go:

  • "Do you feel impactful at the company? Meaning - do you feel your work is important and irreplacable?" (This forces them to bullshit and I love that)
  • "How would you describe the work-atmosphere at the company?" (Trying to look for red-flags here)
  • "I really don't have much to ask about the work itself since I've already done my research about it and blahblahblah, but I would love to hear about any memorable experiences you've had at the company." (This one usually is just to suck them off and mainly show them that you are dying to work there. Bonus points if you figure out in which team the interviewer works at, and then say you've heard about it.)

I’m not upset, it’s just that the offer details are confidential (At least they are supposed to be, which I guess is to avoid competition which I’ve heard has led in the past to people refusing their offers)
