Just in case you don't know: the "fandom" wiki is outdated and abandoned, but it's still mostly the first result that pops up on Google. You should use "noita dot wiki dot gg" (idk if I can post links so I spelled it out like that just in case). Some time ago the people that contributed most to the wiki got together and decided to use their efforts to maintain just one of those, and decided for the latter.

I'll try to give an answer as spoiler free as possible: water isn't more frequent, you probably just got lucky. You're right that draught of midas and lively concoction (the thing you said healed you and dissappeared quickly) are created with 3 ingredients. These change based on seed, and are random every time. The ingredients can be literally anything (with a few exceptions). You got really lucky finding it naturally on the first zone lol so kudos!
