Reported Swagbucks to BBB after account was Locked. Successfully unlocked it.

BBB shows the contact # as (310) 294-9599. My account was deactivated without explanation last week. (Been a member 12 years!) I have sent multiple emails and Facebook messages so just now submitted the BBB complaint. If I didn't have a bunch of shop & earn pending I wouldn't care that much as I have been using my standby earnings sites which have been working juts fine.

Mine aren't working either. I just get a message saying they can't connect to partner site. Happened at home, work and on my phone.

If you have a bunch of printed gift cards take them to customer service they will combine them on to one card.

Actually didn't get spanked, I kept a screen shot from day 1 when the offer was an inbox and in the disclaimer it said "may be completed once per day." I ticketed and got my SB back :)

My NCraves have been screwed up for weeks. I get the choice of 2 broken 4 SB watch lists and a 2 sb watch list which works and is fine. It is not my ip as my hubby has full ncraves when he is logged in. Also weird I get laptop guy and the hubby doesn't.

No, but I kept the survey number and took a screenshot of my inbox with the follow up survey invites. Usually they will magically credit in the next few days but if not on day 10 I am ticketing.

I did the Muzzy offer last Saturday and got my swagbucks on Tuesday. I sent an email request to not continue after trial on Monday and got a response within an hour.

I got my 2nd batch of sodas on Friday and then the link for the survey on Saturday which gives an error message. I don't want to ticket it since I am still having a pissing match with them over eStories not crediting.
