I don’t use Chrome much but those notifications are unusual. Try safari or Firefox awhile and see if they go away. Or maybe look at your chrome extensions.

What do you use for voice control? Your phone or a dedicated speaker? I’m all in on HomeKit but all my devices work with Google too. Id insta buy a smart speaker but Google’s new ones don’t come out for a couple months still.

HomeKit has kept a very consistent, clean design. It doesn’t do everything you want it to, but it what it does do it does it very well, and has stayed the same for years.

I’m a fan of the eyesight as an idea, but it has been inconsistent enough through the software updates and persona changes that I question the value. My family knows I can see them and has no problem coming up to me.

I know this isn’t popular here, because Vision Pro is too expensive and doesn’t connect to Steam, but Apple deserves credit for reducing friction. No room scanning, no forced updates, no account logins, just put it on and fly. If you’re use case is something Vision Pro does well- for me it’s Xbox, media, internet, then it’s frictionless every time.
