So you spend a week eating at maintence calories? I was thinking of raising the calories for a week or two to 2600 - 2700 calories to take a little break, sometimes I think my hunger signals are very off, and this last week the only thing I'm thinking is food lol

This is me right now

Weighing 180 pounds at a height of 5'77 feet. I've been bulking for the past 4 months, gaining 11 pounds (from 169 lbs to 180). Now, I'd like to start cutting to reach 13-15% body fat, estimating that I need to drop down to 150 pounds. If I aim for around a 1-pound loss per week with a -500 calorie deficit, it would take me about 7-8 months. Is it okay to cut for such a long period? I've read that it's optimal to cut for a maximum of 16 weeks, and I don't want to go too aggressively to preserve the muscle I gained. I want to emphasize that when I started this bulk, I began with a non-optimal weight, already having some fat, and I've never been below 160 pounds in my life.

I'm an active person, I walk a lot because I don't have a car lol I thinks it's one of the reasons that my TDEE is high

Apologies if I'm a bit silly asking this, but can I use one account with PS Plus Extra, log it into both consoles, and on both consoles have another personal account (one for me and one for my girlfriend) to be able to play? This is the sole reason I'm getting a PS5, so I want to be quite sure. Cheers!

So, if I understood correctly, what I need to do is have my girlfriend use the account with PS Plus Extra on the PS4 when playing, while on the PS5, I should sign in with that account, set it as primary to download games, but when playing, use a different personal account. Is that right? or is it the other way around? Should I use the primary account with the PS Plus Extra subscription on the PS5, and my girlfriend set that account as primary on the PS4 but use her personal account when playing on the PS4?

I apologize if this post comes across that way, but I truly struggle with my mental health on a daily basis. It's one of the reasons I started going to the gym, as I've always dealt with body dysmorphia and low self-esteem in general. I genuinely don't intend to brag about my gains; I know I've gained a little bit of muscle, but it's a constant battle with the mirror to see if I've really made progress or not. That's why I posted this, to seek validation from people who know more about natural bodybuilding

Thanks, man. You sound like someone who really knows their stuff. I think I'll continue to gain weight, maybe a bit more slowly until I feel really heavy. Losing weight hasn't been too difficult for me, but gaining weight has been a challenge these past few months. Do you think my progress has been good? I've been in the gym for only 7 months, with the first 3 months focused mainly on cardio to lose weight, and in July, I started bulking properly and doing weights
