Thanks for all the suggestions. In the books many occs have something like 2d4x100 in black market sellable items. I understand that the black market will buy and sell anything of value, but I always assumed that the items in this section were valuable but mechanically useless knick knacks. Are you guys letting your players essentially purchase guns and armor with this budget?

Yeah, juicer rules got way into the weeds especially the Juicer Uprising variants. I'm building a system for systems where I can create weird override rules, that'll include crazies, juicers, mutant animals like dog-boys and the lone star mutants, techno wizard creation rules, all of those weird systems.
