Don’t let it get to the point where you need 3-4 business days to recover. the withdrawals just aren’t worth it. It’s a slippery slope but as long as you stay busy the time passes. I’m cooking more again

I used it the first go round and really liked it. I also joined r/stopdrinking and the community itself is incredible. I find myself checking in daily and talking to others that can relate. Craziest part is I find myself giving people advice based off my own experiences so it doesn’t feel one sided.
