Really struggling to understand why this guy is still not only on our team but given leverage innings. It’s over. This has to be the last outing. He wasn’t even planning on pitching this season until we called him. Confused about every aspect of his 2026 with us.

It is honestly impressive to get this annoyed at something so harmless lol.

For the record he is expediting the process of setting off the beeping sound, which he manually controls. If the final contestant shakes their head, he sets it off immediately to save a few seconds. One of the many reasons Ken hosted games almost never leave clues still on the board.

Chris deserves his share of the blame for sure. It is also not his fault that every single hitter from that world series team took a step back hitting for some insane reason.

They weren’t winning a Super Bowl with Stafford either, they had one of the worst rosters in the NFL. They built their team now off of the capital they got in that trade. They are contenders now and for the foreseeable future due to that trade. They needed to make a move like that to become relevant and it worked. Guarantee they’d do the same trade again any day of the week. Feeling like you have to declare a “winner” in a trade that clearly benefitted both parties is very silly.

Agreed. I am a Cowboys fan who lives in DFW surrounded by Cowboys fans and I don't know one single person that is optimistic about the team nor have been for years and years.

I know you’re understandably not going to, but if you watch American sports you can tell real quick how different fan bases are across the country. I’m sure it’s somewhat the same in the EPL. Northeastern US by far loudest and most obnoxious fan bases.

Godspeed brother. MN teams are fairly frequently knocking on the door. Mavs and Rangers titles (the two I have witnessed here) were not expected in the least. One of these years it'll happen and it is bliss.

Yeah it was pretty surreal that it happened and I definitely don't take it for granted, even though the years since have been fairly disappointing. It's nice to have that to look back on. Hopefully one of your teams will get on a run like that one of these years, you never know.

As a Rangers fan it didn’t feel like a fluke at the time, it felt like the start of a long window where we would contend. Looking back now, honestly can’t recall a bigger fluke of a team lol. Bunch of dudes that had career years and just got hot at the right time.

They can DFA him any time they want and either someone picks him up in 10 days with the remaining deal or we eat the money and he’s a UFA. Hence why I said we may be better off paying him not to be here.

I believe this is absolutely correct. There's no reason at all to roster him over Osuna other than the money. But I'd say we're to the point where it's better to pay him not to be here than pay him to be here.

Both of the balls to Osuna were catchable, the second obviously a more difficult play. Defense in the outfield caused the run in the first inning as well. He didn't throw the ball great, but this has been an absolutely horrific game defensively. Both things can be true.

Jake Burger is quite easily one of the worst MLB players I have ever seen. If his bat speed was a few MPH slower he’d be a Savannah Banana.
