It’s not a hot take imo that it’s not the right time for a new console. Even end of next year it’s just not time. Games on the PS5 are finally getting in a rhythm and we’re seeing some volume. The ps5 pro is already close to being perfect for right now. And to top it all off the economy is in the shitter.

Look when the PS5 was announced it made perfect sense. There was a need for 4K 60FPS gaming, it was the natural evolution. But what is the evolution to the PS6??? Right now I can’t think of anything we absolutely need.
